I graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2016. At that time I became familiar with and proficient in many modalities. I specialize in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy. I have worked with many clients ranging from just relaxation to sufferers of chronic pain. I am accustomed to working with clients who have had sciatica, headaches/migraines, carpel tunnel, anxiety and many other deep-seated issues.
